Er. Pranit Shrestha holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and is currently pursuing an M.Sc. in Environmental Engineering at the Institute of Engineering, Pulchowk Campus, Tribhuvan University. His research interests include WASH, water and wastewater systems, environmental modelling, environmental data analysis, GIS, remote sensing, and machine-learning applications in environmental engineering. He has contributed to research related to freshwater resources, circular economy, and sustainable water-sector development. He is currently working as a Consultant at the Department of Water Supply and Sewerage Management (DWSSM), providing technical assistance to the Service Regulation and Information Management Section (SRIMS) in water-utility performance data analysis, GIS mapping, spatial analysis, and data-management framework development. He serves as a member of the 12th Executive Committee of the Society of Public Health Engineers, Nepal (SOPHEN).
