Er. Richa Kaphle, a civil engineer with a Master’s in Construction, Engineering, and Infrastructure Management from the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT), Thailand, is a dedicated professional in the WASH sector. With extensive experience in procurement, contract management, and environmental and social safeguards, she has contributed to several donor-funded water supply and sanitation projects in Nepal. Her work includes procurement, bid evaluations, contract preparation, and ensuring compliance with E&S safeguard standards. Ms. Kaphle is also a valuable executive member of the 11^th Executive Committee (EC) of SOPHEN.
