Er. Yogendra Chitrakar is the General Secretary of the 11^th Executive Committee (EC) of SOPHEN and currently serves as a Senior Divisional Engineer (S.D.E) in the Ministry of Water Supply. He previously held the position of Project Manager at the Project Implementation Directorate (PID) of Kathmandu Upatyaka Khanepani Limited (KUKL). With extensive experience in the WASH sector, he has contributed significantly to water supply and sanitation projects in Nepal. His leadership, technical expertise, and dedication to improving the WASH sector make him a key figure in the sector and a valuable asset to SOPHEN.
